Ladybugs Boutique can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products. We ship for a flat rate of $4.95 parcel post to the 48 contiguous states. Orders of $75 or more will receive free ground shipping. We can also ship to APO/FPO addresses.
We use USPS for shipping in most cases. Expedited shipping is available if you indicate you need it sooner. Delivery times depend on the distance the package must travel and other factors.
If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed.
Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order (or issue a store credit if desired), as well as any shipping costs.
However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
If an order is valued at $250 or more, we require a signature for delivery. This will help ensure that the order was delivered correctly.
We hope you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, we’re here to help you! You may return most new, unopened, unworn items within 15 days of delivery for a store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
- Original tags must be attached & intact.
- If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
- Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box to avoid damage from shipping.
You cannon return or exchange if:
- It has been more than 15 business days since the original purchase date.
- If your purchase was on clearance.
- If the items you ordered are not in their original unwashed, unworn, and smoke-free condition.
- If the original tags are not attached.
- Items returned not in compliance with above conditions will not be refunded, but sent back at the expense of the customer.
- When mailing a return:
- Please ensure all items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to us and you would need to contact your shipping service to initiate an investigation or claim.
- Please provide the original receipt, your name and number in the package.

You should expect to receive your credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes us to review and inspect your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
